About Dr Will Bolus

Connecting Your Brain and Body for Better Health

For over 30 years, I’ve specialised in something most people don’t realise exists: the powerful connection between your posture and brain health.

What started as my own journey changed everything. As a young athlete sidelined by chronic pain, I discovered chiropractic care, and experienced something remarkable. After just two adjustments, I wasn’t just pain-free; I felt more balanced, focused, and energised than I had in years.

That experience led me to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Iowa, the world’s oldest chiropractic school. But it was during my studies that I truly understood the brain-body connection. Regular adjustments didn’t just keep me comfortable, they improved my memory, concentration, and overall well-being.

Why This Matters to You

Your headaches, neck pain, and brain fog aren’t separate problems. They’re your body’s way of telling you that the communication between your brain and body has been disrupted.

Modern life, hunched over screens, stressed postures, constant tension, creates a cascade of problems that affect not just how you feel physically, but how clearly you think and how energised you feel.

My Approach Is Different

I don’t just treat your pain. I restore the communication pathways between your brain and body using gentle, precise techniques developed over three decades of practice.

Every patient receives:

  • Comprehensive assessment of how your posture affects your symptoms
  • Gentle adjustments that respect your body’s natural healing
  • Education about the connections you’ve never understood
  • A personalised plan for lasting relief, not quick fixes

Beyond the Practice

I believe the best way to teach health is to live it. You’ll find me in the mountains, at the beach, or planning our family’s next adventure with my wife Lindsy and our three children, Luke, Joe, and Anna.

Staying active and healthy isn’t just my profession, it’s my passion. Regular chiropractic care, combined with healthy living, has allowed me to complete endurance events and mountain expeditions well into my 50s.
